Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions: ✔ Packaged foods and drinks – Refunds are eligible within 4 business days of purchase. ✔ Items must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Fresh foods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.)Non-refundable due to their perishable nature and food safety concerns.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, customers must: 1️⃣ Contact customer support via email or phone within the 4-business-day window. 2️⃣ Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). 3️⃣ Return the product in its original condition, if required.

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions & Disputes

✔ Refunds may not be issued for products that show signs of use or tampering. ✔ If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery. ✔ Smartfoods reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
